Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage nursing staff on assigned shifts or units.
- Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.
- Prepare and manage nursing duty rosters and staff assignments.
- Monitor patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Ensure proper administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.
- Monitor infection prevention and control practices.
- Ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with doctors, allied health professionals, and other departments.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve nursing-related issues.
- Conduct ward rounds and monitor patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster management activities.
- Prepare reports on nursing activities, incidents, and staff performance.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Working Conditions
