Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Desk Sales team.
- Generate new business through telecalling and lead follow-ups.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Explain insurance products and recommend suitable policies.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations and policy issuance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or MS Excel.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
