Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Executive to join The Designer Hype. This role will play a key part in strengthening TDH’s marketing, brand presence, and PR efforts.
The role is primarily marketing-focused, with additional exposure to PR and brand execution. Given the current team size, this position requires someone adaptable, proactive, and willing to take ownership across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing initiatives and campaigns across platforms.
- Work closely with TDH’s internal marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all internal marketing coordination.
- Collaborate with social media and website teams to ensure consistency in brand communication, messaging, and campaign alignment.
- Contribute to campaign ideation, ensuring creative and strategic alignment with brand goals.
- Strategise, create, and manage content for both founders’ personal profiles, ensuring alignment with TDH’s brand voice and positioning.
2. Social Media & Content Coordination
- Oversee and manage social media coordination across platforms.
- Plan and structure content calendars in alignment with campaigns and brand direction.
3. Brand Shoots & Content Execution
- Plan and coordinate brand shoots and content production.
- Be present on shoots to oversee execution and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure output meets TDH’s visual and brand standards.
4. Public Relations
- Support PR planning and execution alongside the PR teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media, and collaborators where required.
- Assist in building and strengthening brand visibility through PR initiatives.
5. Growth & In-House Development
- Actively contribute to building and scaling in-house marketing, content, and PR capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal workflows.
