About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Flipkart Ads Specialist to strengthen our marketplace presence and drive performance marketing initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end operations on Flipkart seller accounts, optimizing product visibility, and executing impactful ad campaigns to maximize sales growth.
What You Will Do
- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory on Flipkart.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, deals, and promotions.
- Optimize Flipkart Ads to improve ROI and product visibility.
- Monitor product performance, competitor activities, and account health.
- Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, content, and stock availability.
- Enhance brand presence through Flipkart Brand Store and Amazon A+ content.
- Handle customer queries, ratings, and reviews to maintain positive engagement.

Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of Flipkart seller accounts.

- Campaign planning and execution for sales growth.

- Compliance with marketplace policies and account health maintenance.
- Customer engagement through query resolution and review management.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Proven expertise in Flipkart Ads and Seller Hub.
- Knowledge of tools like Excel, Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Exposure to A+ content, brand registry, and campaign planning.
- Experience in product-based companies preferred.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
