Job Description:
- Technical Support agents will be helping customers who need help remotely to fix issues related to our products like phone systems, Wireless Internet, KIOSK, and other devices.
- Candidates must have basic computer troubleshooting skills with networking, and TCP IP knowledge, is required.
- Strong background in computer networking.
- Candidates must be extraordinary fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
- Willing to work night shifts and rotating shifts.
- Required Work Experience - 0 to 3 Years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
