Key Responsibilities
Information & Education Tours
- Conduct guided tours for schools, corporates, donors, international visitors, and the general public.
- Explain the history, rescue stories, rehabilitation processes, and conservation efforts for sloth bears and elephants.
- Deliver accurate, inspiring, and culturally sensitive presentations.
- Ensure visitor safety and adherence to centre protocols.
- Develop and update educational materials and tour scripts.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain visitor databases and records (schools, groups, donors, corporates).
- Collect and organize feedback forms and engagement metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports on visitor engagement and outreach activities.
- Support documentation of impact stories and case studies.
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Assist in coordinating fundraising campaigns and visitor donation drives.
- Communicate effectively about sponsorship programs
- Build relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and educational institutions.
- Support event planning and donor visits.
Outreach & Community Engagement
- Represent Wildlife SOS at awareness programs, school workshops, community events, and conservation campaigns.
- Develop partnerships with local schools, colleges, and businesses in Agra and Mathura.
- Promote responsible tourism and wildlife conservation awareness.
- Help create outreach content including presentations, brochures, and awareness materials.
Communication & Advocacy
- Clearly explain the mission, rescue stories, and long-term impact of Wildlife SOS.
- Address visitor questions regarding wildlife welfare, human-wildlife conflict, and conservation laws.
- Act as a brand ambassador of Wildlife SOS values and ethics.
- Encourage visitors to become long-term supporters and advocates.
Undertake any additional responsibilities or assignments as delegated by the management in support of organizational objectives and operational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Wildlife Conservation, Communications, Social Work, Tourism, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in education, outreach, NGO work, tourism, or public engagement.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic data management and reporting skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM systems).

Working Conditions
- Based at rescue centres in Agra and Mathura.
- Outdoor work environment with exposure to wildlife settings.
- Occasional travel for outreach programs and events.
- Weekend and holiday work may be required based on visitor schedules.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
