Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Technician (MST) with 3–5 years of experience in facility maintenance and technical operations. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance activities and be capable of independently handling day-to-day maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in electrical panels, motors, pumps, lighting systems, and other equipment.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and HVAC equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure smooth operation of all facility equipment.
- Attend and resolve maintenance complaints within the stipulated time.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance procedures.
- Assist in energy-saving initiatives and equipment performance improvement.
- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in technical areas.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and facility management practices.
- Basic computer skills for report preparation and record maintenance.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in facility management, commercial buildings, hospitals, hotels, malls, or industrial maintenance.
