Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-focused Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, explaining our courses, handling admission enquiries, and converting leads into admissions while ensuring an excellent student experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online leads.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update enquiry details in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team for smooth enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Monthly/Weekly report Submission to the branch manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
