We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of systems, networks, hardware, software, and IT security while providing technical support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless networks, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, security patches, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, and inventory.
- Perform system backups and support disaster recovery processes.
- Maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows, and Linux environments.Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Administration, System Administration, or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSA, or MCSE.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
