Job Description
Infinity Crest Group Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides practical exposure to Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination, and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining.
- Post job vacancies on various platforms.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Assist with HR documentation and coordination.
- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and employees.
Eligibility
- Any Degree / MBA HR / MSW / BBA / B.Com / related qualification.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
