Field Officer – Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers for loan recovery and collection.
- Follow up on overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Update recovery status and visit remarks in the company software.
- Coordinate with the concerned team regarding recovery cases.
- Achieve assigned recovery targets while maintaining professional conduct.
- Follow company policies and RBI guidelines during all customer interactions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
