Job Summary
Zoom Signage is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee complete signage production, manage the production team, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end signage production and installation.
- Lead and supervise the production team.
- Plan production schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, fabrication, and installation teams.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage vendors, procurement, and material planning.
- Monitor site execution and resolve production-related challenges.
- Maintain quality control, safety standards, and workflow efficiency.
- Prepare production reports and monitor project progress.
- Support the sales team with technical guidance and project planning.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in the Signage Industry.
- Strong experience in production management and site execution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client coordination abilities.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of ACP Cladding, LED Sign Boards, Acrylic Signage, SS Letter Signage, Pylon Signs, Reception Branding, and Commercial Branding.
- Sales coordination experience will be an added advantage.
