Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth for our Oracle NetSuite Practice across the India region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B technology sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation and qualification to proposal submission and deal closure — while also supporting marketing initiatives to enhance Invitra’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions in India.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand business needs and present suitable NetSuite solutions.
Work closely with the Pre-sales and Delivery teams to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and manage the closure of sales deals.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and events to generate inquiries and brand awareness.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospects in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Stay updated with Oracle NetSuite product updates, partner programs, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in ERP / SaaS / Cloud Software.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems will be a strong advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
