About the Role
We are looking for a Real Estate Field Sales Executive / Research Analyst to conduct on-ground market research, map residential projects and flats, collect property-level information, and build accurate real estate databases.
The role requires extensive field visits, project mapping, data collection and interaction with brokers, developers, society representatives and property owners.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling locally, speaking with people on the ground, collecting accurate information and maintaining structured data.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Research & Property Mapping
- Visit residential projects, societies and buildings across assigned locations.
- Map individual projects, societies and available flats/properties.
- Collect details such as:
- Project/society name
- Location and address
- Developer/builder
- Number of towers/buildings
- Number of floors
- Flat configurations (1/2/3/4 BHK etc.)
- Approximate flat sizes
- Available inventory
- Asking prices
- Rental values
- Resale properties
- Amenities and facilities
- Possession/occupancy status
- Maintenance charges, where available
- Contact details of relevant brokers/owners/channel partners
- Verify information through physical visits and multiple market sources.
- Identify new projects, upcoming developments and changes in existing inventory.
- Take photographs and location references where required.
Market Intelligence
- Track property prices and rental rates across different micro-markets.
- Compare projects based on location, pricing, configuration, amenities and demand.
- Monitor new launches, resale inventory and rental availability.
- Identify active brokers, channel partners and developers in each market.
- Report significant changes in pricing, inventory and market activity.
Data Management
- Enter and maintain accurate property/project information in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM or internal databases.
- Update mapped projects and inventory regularly.
- Maintain clean and structured databases with minimal duplication.
- Prepare daily/weekly fieldwork reports.
- Share observations and insights from the ground with the research/sales team.
Sales Support
- Identify potential sales opportunities during field visits.
- Generate leads from property owners, brokers, developers and prospective buyers.
- Support the sales team with updated project and inventory information.
- Coordinate site visits and client requirements when required.
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate, field research, property consultancy, brokerage, sales or market research.
- Candidates with strong local market knowledge and field-sales experience are preferred.
- Comfortable travelling extensively within assigned areas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak confidently with brokers, developers, society representatives and property owners.
- Basic to good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Smartphone proficiency and ability to use Google Maps/navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily field targets.
