The Production Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production processes related to filtration products and coolant manufacturing. The role focuses on improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth shop floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily production activities as per schedule
- Monitor filtration product manufacturing and coolant mixing processes
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine issues
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain production records, reports, and MIS data
- Ensure safety practices are followed on the shop floor
- Coordinate with stores for raw material availability
- Support new product development and trials
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production / Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 6 years in manufacturing industry (Filtration / Coolant / Process Industry preferred)
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Basic understanding of coolant formulation and filtration systems (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong coordination and teamwork
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Understanding of quality tools (5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
- Good communication skills

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
