Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Greet customers, understand their preferences, and expertly guide them through gold, diamond, or gemstone collections
- Product Knowledge: Clearly explain product details, purity/carat, weight, making charges, pricing, and ongoing store promotions.
- Sales Targets: Actively cross-sell and up-sell pieces to meet or exceed individual and showroom sales goals.
- Store Presentation: Maintain immaculate product displays, ensure showroom cleanliness, and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Relationship Building: Deliver personalized service, handle customer queries gracefully, and build a loyal client base for repeat business.
- Billing & Transactions: Assist with Point of Sale (POS) billing, process payments accurately, and handle paperwork for exchanges or repairs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Gender: Female/Male
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, or jewellery boutiques.
- Skills: Excellent communication, a pleasing and presentable personality, and strong customer service orientation.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is highly preferred.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree.
- Traits: Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
