We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed Dialysis Technician Faculty to teach and train students pursuing the Dialysis Technician course. The role involves delivering both theoretical classes and hands-on practical training to prepare students for real-world dialysis care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory classes on dialysis procedures, renal care, and patient management.
- Deliver practical demonstrations on dialysis machines, patient preparation, and handling emergencies during dialysis.
- Prepare and implement lesson plans, training materials, and student assessments.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Ensure students gain confidence and competence to work in hospital dialysis units.
- Support in organizing hospital visits, workshops, and guest lectures for industry exposure.
Qualification & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Dialysis Technology or equivalent allied health course.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in dialysis units.
- Teaching or training experience preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Passion for educating and developing future healthcare professionals.
