Brief Job Description
· The candidate will head the Finance function within the Organization and report to CFO.
· Right candidate can occupy the CFO position as a successor
· Financial accounting and preparation of financial statements as per Indian GAAP
· Familiarity with accounting standards and presentations
· Thorough knowledge on Direct and Interest taxes, Returns, TDS filing and handling SCN s.
· Managing the internal and statutory audits, Related parties, compliances and Internal controls
· Rendering error free MIS reports from SAP and provide information to Management as may be required
· Preparation of annual Budget and monitoring the actuals in line with Budgets and render exceptional reports.
· Sensitizing the operating group to control the costs within the approval budgets at regular intervals.
· Managing the working capital, Covenants, Treasury, Cash flows and banking relationships.
· Conversant with ratings
· Good relationship with banks
· Able to motivate and lead a team of about 12-15 people in all portfolios of Finance function
Technical Skills
Through knowledge and hands on experience in SAP system
Hands on experience in Excel and Power Points.
Language
Tamil & English (Must)
Any other Indian language (preferred)
Pay: ₹5,500,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
