The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling industrial machinery, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves both fieldwork and strategic marketing activities to expand the company’s customer base.
Sales Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the machinery sector
* Visit potential clients such as factories, workshops, and industries
* Present and demonstrate machinery features and benefits to customers
* Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
* Maintain a strong follow-up system with clients
Marketing Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote machinery products
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities
* Handle digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, website updates)
* Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
* Create promotional materials like brochures, catalogs, and presentations
Customer Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
* Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Reporting & Coordination
* Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
