Responsibilities
* Plan and run Meta lead generation campaigns.
* Manage daily campaign budgets and work towards achieving target ROAS.
* Monitor campaign performance and make regular optimizations.
* Understand basic Meta metrics like CPL, CPC, CTR, CPM, Reach, Frequency, and Cost per Result.
* Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and platform changes.
* Create sales-focused campaign ideas and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.
* Conduct regular competitor research to understand market trends and new advertising ideas.
* Use AI tools whenever required; not to be depend on AI only.
* Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality based on sales feedback.
* Prepare simple daily and weekly performance reports.
Required Skills
* Basic working experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Understanding of lead generation campaigns.
* Ability to manage campaign budgets responsibly.
* Sales-oriented thinking and willingness to learn.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
Preferred
* Knowledge of Google Ads or landing page campaigns will be an added advantage.
* Experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic products is preferred but not mandatory.
