Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Sales Executive to join our team. You don’t need to generate your own leads we will provide the leads. Your role will be to connect with these potential customers through cold calling, explain our services, and convert them into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective clients from the leads provided by the company.
- Pitch and explain our website design, development, and SEO services.
- Follow up with interested leads and close sales.
- Maintain daily call records and update reports.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telecalling / telesales is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication in English,Bengali and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Ability to handle client objections positively.
- Basic knowledge of websites and digital marketing is a plus.
