Job Title: Architect
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and public spaces. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful realization of design ideas while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, construction drawings, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and specification sheets.
- Review and prepare shop drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with the site team, office team, clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Assist in resolving design and execution-related issues during project implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in commercial and hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of working drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawing review.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
