Job Title: Female Hostel Warden

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and caring Female Hostel Warden to manage the girls' hostel and ensure the safety, well-being, and overall development of students residing on campus. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and student management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the girls' hostel.
- Ensure the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- Maintain attendance records, entry/exit registers, and student information.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, mess staff, and maintenance teams.
- Handle emergencies, medical situations, and student grievances promptly.
- Provide guidance, counselling, and emotional support to students.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding student welfare.
- Ensure compliance with hostel rules, school policies, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Organize recreational and developmental activities for hostel students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Coordinator, or in student administration.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
