Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through Chat, Voice, Email, or Blended Support channels, depending on the assigned process.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality targets as defined by the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Typing speed:
- Chat / Email Support: Minimum 35 WPM preferred.
- Voice Support: Minimum 25 WPM preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts within business operating hours.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule
