Goodwill Shoes & Bags is looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Expert who can elevate our in-store customer experience while bridging the gap between our physical retail space and our digital audience.
You aren't just a traditional salesperson; you are a brand ambassador. Alongside driving floor sales, you will leverage your on-camera confidence and charisma to present our premium collections of footwear and bags across our social media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn-Store Sales & Customer Experience
- Engage, consult, and guide customers through our collections, delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
- Deepen product knowledge to highlight materials, durability, and style fit for diverse customer needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the showroom floor looks premium and inviting.
Social Media & Presentation (Bonus Track)
- Serve as the "face of the brand" in short-form video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, WhatsApp updates).
- Showcase new arrivals, styling tips, and product close-ups with confidence and clear verbal communication.
- Collaborate on creative, casual, and highly engaging video concepts to showcase the comfort and premium quality of our products.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in retail sales (experience in premium footwear, apparel, or accessories is a strong plus).
- Communication: Fluent and expressive communication skills in Malayalam; working knowledge of English is highly desirable.
- On-Camera Charisma: Natural confidence in front of a smartphone camera, with the ability to speak engagingly without feeling scripted or overly polished.
- Retail Savvy: Solid understanding of customer psychology, upselling techniques, and relationship building.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute daily to Kottayam.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
