ROLE OVERVIEW
The Health Coach – Sales Counselor is a unique, patient-facing role that blends genuine health coaching expertise with consultative patient counselling and program enrolment. The candidate will engage with prospective patients to understand their health, fitness, and lifestyle concerns, clearly explain ReDial's health, fitness, and metabolic wellness programs, and guide qualified prospects toward enrolment — all while maintaining the trust, empathy, and clinical credibility patients expect from ReDial Clinic. This is not a generic sales or telecalling position; it requires a professional who can counsel with authentic health coaching knowledge first, and convert through consultative, patient-centric conversation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Explain ReDial's health coaching, fitness, and metabolic wellness programs clearly and accurately.
- Convert qualified leads into program enrolments through consultative counselling.
- Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients throughout their decision journey.
- Address patient concerns, questions, and objections with empathy and clarity.
- Build trust and maintain a strong patient experience throughout the counselling journey.
- Coordinate closely with doctors, trainers, nutritionists, and clinical operations teams to support patient goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient/lead information in the CRM or designated systems.
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and sales targets.
- Maintain professional documentation and follow-up discipline at every stage.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong health coaching knowledge and the ability to apply it in real patient conversations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong patient counselling skills, rooted in empathy and clinical credibility.
- Consultative selling ability — guiding, not pushing, patients toward the right program.
- Ability to explain health and lifestyle concepts clearly to non-medical audiences.
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Empathy and patient-centric communication in every interaction.
- Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a track record of consistent performance.
- Good CRM/software proficiency for lead and patient management.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE
- 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in healthcare, fitness, wellness, hospital, clinic, or health-tech environments preferred.
- Prior experience in counselling, patient conversion, or consultative sales will be an advantage.
- A relevant health coaching / fitness-related educational qualification is required.

- Confident, articulate, and professional in patient-facing interactions.
- Strong in both health coaching knowledge and patient counselling.
- Comfortable having commercial/sales conversations with patients.
- Empathetic, yet firmly target-oriented.
- Skilled at building trust and handling objections with tact.

- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced healthcare environment.
