Bajaj Finserv is hiring experienced professionals for the role of CX Analyst & Product Insights. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Consumer Insights, CX Analytics, Product Analytics, UX Research, and Behavioral Data Analysis within B2C digital environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user journeys, funnels, clickstream data, and customer behavior patterns
- Generate actionable insights to improve customer experience and product performance
- Work closely with Product, Design, Business, and Research teams
- Conduct behavioral analysis using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, CleverTap, Firebase, etc.
- Support hypothesis-driven problem solving and experimentation initiatives
- Translate quantitative and qualitative research findings into business insights
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of CX Analytics, Product Analytics, and User Behavior Analysis
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools
- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
- Experience in B2C or consumer-facing organizations is mandatory
Preferred Background:
- Experience with top B2C product companies or premier institutes preferred
Pay: ₹1,901,760.88 - ₹3,231,111.98 per year
