We are expanding our team and looking for energetic, well-spoken Tele-callers who can professionally represent our company.
The role involves guiding customers about our Immigration Services, Licensing Solutions, and Customized Holiday Packages through outbound calls.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone and introduce our services
- Clearly explain immigration, licensing, and holiday package details
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Maintain call logs, follow-up data, and daily reports
- Build trust and maintain a positive client relationship
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi/English)
- Confident, self-motivated,
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
