We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team and support our HR operations and talent management initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain candidate records.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Complete employee documentation, background verification, and induction formalities.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Coordinate with the payroll team by providing accurate employee data.
- Ensure timely completion of joining and exit formalities.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with HRMS/Payroll software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition roles.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build professional relationships.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
