KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and engage with walk-in and existing customers on the store floor.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions.
- Enable and support sales by ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat business.
- Achieve store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store operations.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on offers and promotions.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights for improvement.
- Support in other retail operations as and when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
