You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development methodologies.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with scripting languages for test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results to provide actionable insights.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
