System Engineer
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 2nd Saturday, 4th Saturday & Sundays Off
About the Role: We are hiring a System Engineer for a reputed financial services company in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, system troubleshooting, firewall, broadband/network support, and branch-level technical assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT/System Support role.
- Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science or related qualification.
- Good knowledge of desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, firewall, and broadband support.
- Ability to identify and resolve system errors quickly.
- Willingness to travel to different branches when required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and system support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Handle firewall, broadband, and basic network support.
- Resolve technical errors and day-to-day IT support issues.
- Support branch-level IT requirements and system maintenance.
- Travel to different branches monthly for technical support and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
