We are looking for an organized HR Executive to manage our day-to-day HR operations, ensuring all statutory compliance and employee documentation are handled accurately. You will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from joining to daily attendance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Statutory Compliance (PF & ESIC): Manage end-to-end Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC processes, including registrations, and resolving employee queries regarding deductions.
- Joining Formalities: Oversee all onboarding procedures, including collecting documents, creating employee files, and conducting orientation for new hires.
- Timekeeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave to ensure seamless payroll coordination.
- Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Documentation: Ensure all HR records and employee databases are kept up to date and comply with company policies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Indian Labour Laws related to PF and ESIC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between employees and management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Master of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Human Resource Management
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, problem solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
