Responsibilities:
- Lead mainframe modernization (re-hosting, re-platforming, re-architecting).
- Drive migration to cloud-native/hybrid platforms.
- Manage teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance, security, and governance.
Skills:
- COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS.
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, Microservices, Containers.
- DevOps, CI/CD, automation.
- Strong leadership & communication.
Preferred: BFSI/Telecom/Retail transformation exposure.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
