Key Responsibilities :
- Production Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing workflows, manage assembly lines, and ensure delivery targets are met.
- Quality & Technical Control: Check cutting lists, read design drawings or CAD specs, and inspect finished furniture pieces for defects.
- Resource & Material Management: Track raw material usage (wood, hardware, panels), reduce waste, and request supplies when stock runs low.
- Team Leadership: Train workers on carpentry or assembly tasks, assign daily shifts, and track individual performance.
- Site handling : Handling of various sites PAN India either remotely or physically.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in wooden or modular furniture manufacturing.
- Technical Know-How: Ability to understand cutting lists, sizes, drawings, polish materials and wood materials.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, active problem-solving, and clear communication on the shop floor.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass.
