Key Responsibilities:
- Powertrain & Battery Assembly: Assemble high-voltage (HV) battery modules, electric motors, and inverters following strict safety protocols.
- Quality Control & Testing: Conduct End-of-Line (EOL) testing, leak testing for cooling systems, and HV isolation verification.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to improve battery production line efficiency.
- Tooling Calibration: Calibrate automated assembly lines, robotic welding stations, and diagnostic equipment.
