Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer with 5–10 years of professional experience to lead and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, and site teams to deliver innovative and functional interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and project timelines
- Develop design concepts, space planning, layouts, and material selections
- Prepare detailed drawings and client presentations
- Guide and mentor junior designers
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior design projects
- Strong experience in residential and/or commercial interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools
- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a design team
Preferred Skills
- Project management and site execution experience
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture
