Description:
We’re looking for a Scrum Master to coach and enable one to two cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software iteratively. You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, remove impediments, and strengthen agile maturity across the organization.

Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices to improve velocity, quality, and predictability

Facilitate ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective

Partner with the Product Owner on backlog health, prioritization, and clear acceptance criteria

Track and communicate team metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and sprint goal attainment

Proactively identify and remove impediments, escalating when needed

Drive continuous improvement through data-driven experiments and actionable retrospectives

Coordinate dependencies and cross-team collaboration in a scaled environment

Promote technical excellence with Engineering, QA, and DevOps

Safeguard sprint focus and manage scope changes

Support release planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of total experience with 2–5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaling approaches (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale)

Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum events and coaching teams

Proficiency with Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Certification: CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe SSM, or equivalent

Experience with distributed teams and product delivery across time zones

Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and test automation

Domain knowledge in your industry or product area

Core hours aligned to IST with occasional overlap with US or EU time zones for cross-team collaboration
