What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures.
- Work with Hibernate/JPA for efficient database interaction.
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications.
- Optimize and manage MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Debug production issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem
Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience in building or consuming REST APIs
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Good to Have
- Experience with Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programming)
- Knowledge of gRPC-based service communication
- Understanding of Microservices and distributed systems
- Experience with API Gateways and service communication patterns
- Basic knowledge of Redis or other caching strategies
