About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Success Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and client relationship management, with a genuine interest in the automotive industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive support and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and issue resolution effectively.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, customer success, client relationship management, or a related role.
- Experience in the automotive industry, car dealerships, or any client-facing industry is preferred.
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business goals.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in Kannada
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
