About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT & Server Management Executive to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and user support operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in server administration, network management, cybersecurity practices, and IT support for a mid-sized organization.
This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning, security, and reliability of the company’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain company servers, systems, and IT infrastructure
- Configure and administer Windows/Linux servers and network devices
- Ensure uptime, performance, security, and backup of all IT systems
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues
- Maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, endpoint security, and cybersecurity practices
- Handle LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, VPNs, routers, switches, and internet connectivity
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvements
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery planning
- Support employees with IT-related issues, system setup, and troubleshooting
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, licenses, and asset tracking
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers when required
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server management
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration
- Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, routing, and switching
- Experience with Active Directory, file servers, backup systems, and access management
- Familiarity with firewall management, antivirus systems, and cybersecurity best practices
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is a plus
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred
- Experience in handling office IT infrastructure and end-user support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial organizations
- Knowledge of NAS/SAN storage systems
- Familiarity with ERP/server deployment and maintenance
- Exposure to CCTV, biometric, and access control systems
- IT certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSA, CompTIA, or equivalent are an advantage
Working Days- MON -FRI 9 am to 5:30 Pm, Sat 9 am to 2pm, 3rd Sat every month is off
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
