Hiring for Chemistry Faculty
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Chemistry Faculty to teach secondary and senior secondary students. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons while supporting students' academic success and board examination preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry using interactive teaching methods.
- Conduct laboratory practicals while ensuring safety standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and academic support.
- Integrate digital teaching tools and maintain an engaging classroom environment.
- Guide students for board examinations, Olympiads, and science activities.
- Maintain academic records and collaborate with parents and school staff.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is preferred for school teaching positions.
- CTET/STET qualification (where applicable) will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
