· Ensure smooth IPD admission, transfer, and discharge process.
· Maintain proper bed management and patient flow coordination.
· Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve patient/relative complaints promptly.
· Ensure accurate IPD documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
· Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, OT, billing, and housekeeping departments.
· Maintain hygiene, infection control, and NABH compliance in the IPD area.
· Manage staff duty rosters, attendance, and departmental discipline.
· Submit daily IPD reports and ensure timely escalation of critical issues
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
