Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior IT Professional to lead and support our organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and security. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex IT environments while ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems)
- Oversee system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with IT policies
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Lead IT projects, including system migrations and implementations
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
- Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Strong understanding of IT service management (ITIL preferred)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as:
- Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
- Microsoft (Azure Administrator, MCSE)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
