- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to avoid shortages.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, contracts, and supplier information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
