QUALITY INSPECTOR – TEXTILE INDUSTRY

Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Textile / Garment / Fabric Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.E. – Textile preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect fabric quality during incoming, in-process and final inspection.
- Conduct 4-Point System fabric inspection and identify defects.
- Check fabric for shade variation, holes, stains, weaving defects, GSM, width and shrinkage.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing and packing quality where applicable.
- Identify and analyze quality defects and coordinate corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints, rejection analysis and CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Use measuring instruments and testing equipment as required.
- Coordinate with Production, PPC, Dyeing, Weaving and Finishing departments.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports and rejection records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
