Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Executive to manage and streamline daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient coordination of support services while maintaining high standards of organization and communication within the institution.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience in the education sector
Graduate in any discipline
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative functions including cafeteria, courier services, office support staff, and vendor coordination
Oversee vendor management, ensuring timely service delivery and quality standards
Handle events, logistics, and administrative arrangements efficiently
Maintain and monitor petty cash with accurate documentation and reporting
Coordinate with internal departments for various administrative and operational requirements
Prepare and maintain MIS reports as required
Support and execute all other administrative tasks as assigned
