The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, maintaining compatibility and seamless operation across environments. Continuous monitoring and troubleshooting are integral to sustaining optimal system functionality throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and release management processes.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
- Understanding of software performance optimization and compatibility considerations.
