As a Telecaller, you are the first point of contact for every lead we generate through Meta Ads and other channels. Your job is to call these leads, understand what they are looking for, identify the genuinely interested travelers, and hand them over to the right Travel Planner. You are the filter that turns raw enquiries into real travel conversations.
What You Will Do
- Call fresh leads generated from Meta Ads, campaigns, and other sources every day.
- Understand each lead's travel interest, destination, budget, and timeline.
- Qualify leads and identify high-potential travelers worth pursuing.
- Assign and route qualified leads to the right Travel Planner with clear notes.
- Maintain lead status and follow-up details accurately in the CRM.
- Do timely follow-ups so no interested lead is left unattended.
- Share regular feedback on lead quality with the marketing team.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Telecaller, in sales, or in a customer-facing calling role.
- Fluency in Tamil and English. Hindi or any other South Indian language (Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada) is a strong plus.
- A clear, friendly, and confident phone manner.
- Good listening skills and the patience to understand what a customer actually wants.
- Comfort making a high volume of calls daily.
- Basic comfort with mobile, WhatsApp, and CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- A target-driven attitude and reliability in follow-ups.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, tourism, or a lead-generation setup.
- Familiarity with calling from CRM-based lead lists.
