About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Human Resources Executive with exceptional expertise in HR management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HR operations, policies, and procedures are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Recommend and implement strategies to motivate and retain employees.
- Perform employee orientations and maintain accurate records of new staff.
- Manage the organization's employee database and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Address and resolve labor-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure HR and HSE goals and objectives are achieved within set timelines.
- Regularly review and update HR & HSE policies and procedures to reflect organizational needs and legislative changes.
- Provide monthly reports on HR and safety statistics, ongoing work, recommendations, and initiatives to the management team.
- Coordinate and actively participate in workplace incident investigations and reporting.
- Guide and coach supervisors and managers on employee management, including areas such as development, discipline, and rewards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and regulatory agencies at local and provincial levels.
- Assist the HR Manager and CHRO in HR-related services and activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the HR field.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in email, MS Office, and HR software.
- Excel proficiency: 8.5/10 (mandatory).
- Knowledge of HSE practices and programs.
- Familiarity with KSA, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain labor laws.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication and people leadership abilities to lead and manage a dynamic team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster positive and productive relationships.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Exemplary record-keeping skills and digital data management expertise.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions to address employee concerns effectively.
Language Proficiency:
- English: Bilingual proficiency (mandatory).
- Hindi: Expertise (mandatory).
- Arabic proficiency: Added advantage.
- Flexibility:
- Willingness to relocate to the job location.
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts if required.
